Information you provide
- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Item photos: Images you upload for analysis. Photos are processed to identify items and are not stored permanently after analysis is complete.
- Search queries: Item descriptions, categories, sizes, and purchase prices you enter for analysis.
- Payment information: Billing details when purchasing subscriptions or credit packs. Payment card information is collected and processed entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search frequency, and general interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process your item photos and search queries to generate resale analyses.
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and credit balance.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, payment receipts).
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.
We use the following third-party services to operate Arbiflip. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

- Anthropic (Claude AI)— AI processing. Your item descriptions and photos are sent to Anthropic's API to perform resale analysis. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their usage policies. Anthropic Privacy Policy
Arbiflip uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Authentication cookies: To keep you signed in and manage your session.
- Local storage: To track free trial usage (whether you have used your free search).
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
- Uploaded photos: Processed in memory during analysis and not stored permanently on our servers.
- Search queries and results: May be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.
- Payment records:Retained as required by law and Stripe's policies for accounting and tax purposes.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete your personal data and account.
- Export your data in a portable format.
